We have a global workforce of over 34,000 permanent and temporary employees, a global portfolio and in August 2014, our consolidated net turnover was €8.4 billion Euros. We have always believed in taking our own path and steadfastly sticking to our principles, ‘Work, Create, Donate’. These define our actions, both within our business and outside it, where we engage in strong CSR initiatives, not for public praise, but because we believe it is the right thing to do.

As our business continues to grow globally, it’s important that one thing remains unchanged: our values. The same values that have helped us achieve an 11% share of the worldwide chocolate confectionary market, with a turnover of 8.4 billion Euros in 2014/3. In staying true to our beliefs, we are able to create a culture for even greater success.
